penny loafers and you put a penny on the top of the shoe.

yes the penny loafers. If you didn't have a penny stuck on the front . you weren't cool.

I still remember the comercial jingle: Here's Buster Brown, he lives in a shoe, here's his dog Tige, he lives in there too.

Every Easter I would get a new pair of Buster Brown shoes.
I thought the dog was creepy.
