I used to walk past the Ball Band factory on my way to junior high school in Mishawaka. They had a giant clock on the side of the building and I knew if I was going to be late. I went through a lot of pairs of Red Ball Jets sneakers. Most of us wore the blue low-tops with white trim. Nothing like a brand new pair!
