These were my all-time favorite cookies. In New York, you couldn't find them on the store shelves in the summer, probably 'cause they'd melt. I named my black-and-white cat Mallomar.

I used to eat the marshmallow part and then the cookie bottom.

They were great, but I don't think they even made them for sale anywhere in the summertime, for the reason stated above.
