Think of it -- if you played the sound of a running movie projector today kids wouldn't know what they were hearing!

Bell and Howell in the late 1950's made a sleek looking home tape recorder featuring push button controls that I really wanted, but my parents ended up buying a Revere instead.

In the late 50's my dad bought a Bell & Howell 8mm camera and projector. I was thrilled when Dad taught me how to thread the film at the ripe age of 10yrs.
Also, later in high school operating the 16mm projectors when ever we we had a movie for class.
