@Mr.KTV - My favorite part of the movie was when Batman was trying to get rid of a bomb (big black ball with a fuse). Every where he was going to toss it there would be a group of nuns, Salvation Army Band, a Mother duck and her babies, etc. Funny as heck watching him running around with it held at arms length.

No..the plot of the movie was for "The United Underworld":"The Catwoman"/"Ms.Kitka"(Ms.Meriweather),"The Penquin"(Burgess Meredith),"The Riddler":"(Frank Gorshin)and'The Joker"(Caesar Romero)plotting to kidnap the nine members of"The Security Council" from.."The United World Building" on "Gotham City's East River"and hold them for ransome..the super crooks also wanted to get rid of "The Dynamic Duo"..so that they could carry out their kidnap plot.

I remember this well... The four most-popular villains from the TV show teaming up for a plot against the Caped Crusader and the Boy Wonder!

Didn't work, of course, partly because the villains weren't too good at teamwork...

I don't remember the specifics, except that the other villains would get ticked off at the Riddler whenever he left a riddle... Paraphrasing, "This would work better if you didn't give away our secret plans to Batman..."

I actually saw this movie by accident... The local theater (The Enean, in Concord, CA) showed a Disney flick almost every week, changing to the next on Wednesdays. We usually went on Monday or Tuesday each week. Somehow, though, we missed those nights one week and ran into the Wednesday opening of this definitely non-Disney movie.
