When I was a youngster, I had a record player ( circa 1943).  I had the record (only vinyl at the time) of Tubby the Tuba and Peewee the Piccolo.   I played it often.

There was a second "Tubby The Tuba"animated film that "Tubby's'co-creator:Paul Tripp produced,wrote and narrated in the late 1970's. The feature film had voice overs performed by an all star cast that included:Mr.Dick Van Dyke,Mr.David Wayne,Ms.Jane Powell,Ms.Hermonie Gingold,Ms.Pearl Bailey and..in his last performance:Mr.Cyril Ritchard.
