When my kids were learning to talk...besides the usual words, they recognized the green face and could say "YUCK" quite well. One time when my oldest daughter was 4yrs. she put a sticker on my cigarettes and told me, "YUCK!"

I must say, this is a child-safety campaign I do not recall encountering. It originated in Pittsburgh, I gather.
