We, my parents, cousins and I played these SKEE-BALL for years and years. We never turn them in, just kept saving and saving. It was in Santa Cruz, Ca. I am guessing at the numbers but we had about 8,000 tickets. We traded them in for 10 stuffed animals, 25 finger cuffs, Santa Cruz astrays, squirt guns, couple cap guns and a few drink coasters with Santa Cruz printed on them. 8,000 tickets cost us about $700 over 10 years. REDEEMED for a value of about $50. Like the stuff Steve Martin hawked in THE JERK. Never attempted any of that crapola again....LOL.....FYI, this was in the 1950's. I was about 8 to 12 years old. lol

These are still around at most arcades, including Adventureland on LI and CoCo Key in Waterbury, CT.

Skee-Ball was popular in Times Square and up in Bolton Landing at Lake George NY as well as down on the Jersey Shore. It was really fun.

I Loved going to the Sea Shore and going into the Arcade and playing Skee Ball when I was young.
